made to perfection. The
three tiers consist totally of
110 stage 1 disposable
diapers, 8 cloth diapers,
are secured with 5
old-fashioned diaper pins
and embellished with
gorgeous ribbon then
wrapped in tulle. The
smooth cake has made
appearances at baby
showers and was mistaken
for a real cake!
